Blog entry [part 2

Now as before the fried egg must be on the middle of the egg and fold the sides of the egg as well flipped over on top of the plate.

This is where the thickness of the rice goes as it holds well when flipping it over will be easy but be careful not miss the plate. After use a new clean paper towel to shape you omurice as mine was pretty good in shape as it is. And finally add an extra ketchup on top and its ready



 


Now its time to make a small ( even though its a huge salad) salad. Now as anyone know the lettuce can be choped or sliced in any ways  as such i large diced it and rinsed it on a large strainer and leave for the next vegetable the rinsed 2 cucmbers. Peel the skin of the cucmber in any way i myself peeled at four different sides then cut in half into 2 and again cut it in half next is to slice off the seeds out. As to that is to diagonally cut then place it on top of the lettuce as as shown.
 
 
 


 


 Now the carrots cut both ends of the carrot and peel the whole skin as needed. cut in half and slice the top of both if you can't then cut in half. I then diagonally cut them from small to big finally placed on top with the rest.




Now its time to revolve the whole vegetables in a salad but with 2 forks its makes it more faster and get all of them everywhere to be in place.


 


And now place on a bowl and its ready to be with the Omurice and ready to be eaten.


(Why does it go in a different side aw well it can't be fixed)



As its shown now everything i made for the omurice has no salt of any kind at all as well the salad does not have salt and no extra fat of many oils so all of this i made was very well doen and not fattening.
